Vacuum shelf type drier, horizontal, cylindrical shell, reinforced flat heads with knuckle formation, rear end directly welded to shell, front head forming the door.
The front door is swinging DAVIT type, sliding sideways alongside the drier shell requiring minimum space for opening vacuum drier. The door is suspended on thrust bearing and balanced and requires very little effort for operation.
The circular construction with tongue and groove joint for the flange, with NEOPRENE / VITON CHORD GASKET, renders the drier leak proof to the delight of the user.
The shelves supporting the trays are constructed out of hollow shelves with internal reinforcements and directional baffles allowing uniform and positive circulation of steam / hot water. Shelves are fabricated with special jigs ensuring full contact of trays for proper heat transfer. The shelves are formed in such a manner as they are easily removable for easy maintenance.
The drier shell is jacketed and steam / hot water circulation maintained through the same. This enables heat transfer by radiation to the trays, prevents heat loss, achieves quicker drying and acts as a surge space for the hot water circulation.
The design of the machine is subject to change from time to time to keep pace with the state-of the art ensuring improvement in efficiency and elegance.
